Compact water conditioning and monitoring

Smart quality assurance. Water treatment in cooling water systems is a MUST. Accurate and practice-oriented control will guarantee safe and reliable production processes. That is why cooling water systems made by IKS are originally fitted with compact equipment. Measuring, control and metering systems will be of the stand-alone type.

The efficiency level of IKS water conditioning

• Conductivity measurement,
• Automatic blowdown (the blowdown flowrate will be logged),
• Flame-resistant cock plug for sampling,
• Flow monitoring, and
• Metering of conditioning agents > biocides, corrosion inhibitors and hardness stabilizers.

Additional options

• Redox, pH-value logging, and
• Metering pH+ and pH- for pH-value adjustment.

Technical systems for process monitoring

• SIEMENS S7-1200 control system, and
• Visualization via Operator Panel 4.5‘‘ Comfort

Additional option:

• Connection to control systems via Profinet or Modbus, and
• Remote monitoring via LAN, WLAN or LTE.

The equipment required for water conditioning will be supplied and delivered in a compact design as a wall fastening panel wired ready for connection, and implemented.
