Recovery of heat from production processes

The potential of cooling water and / or fluid heat carriers and transfer media. Ever more companies assume responsibility for climate protection. Sustainable and future-oriented economic development come to the fore. In practice, this means to redesign processes with a view to CO2 reduction and to save costs.

Each and every procedure must be carefully examined.

Our mission:

  • To save energy in production processes.

Our solution:

  • To use the heat generated in several oil baths to heat water basins in which bolts are heated to the required temperature.
  • Gas or electricity for heating is saved.

Our approach:

  • To plan the peripheral equipment required for system extension (viz. new pumps, fittings or valves, pipes or similar),
  • Full implementation at the production site, and
  • Specialty: use of self-made stainless steel cooling water basins with integral tubular heat exchangers.
